1. Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
  applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• If rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will
provide further instructions on how to proceed.

6. Non-Returnable Items
