Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with maison blanche! We appreciate your trust in our products and are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our Return and Refund Policy.


1. Returns


We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.


2. Initiate a Return

3. Returns from Non-EU Countries

If you are returning an item from a Non-EU country (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA, etc.) to our warehouse in Germany, please follow these steps to ensure smooth customs processing and avoid additional charges:

Step 1 – Complete the Customs Form (CN22/CN23)
  • When sending your return via your local postal service, you must complete the CN22/CN23 customs form.
  • Enter the following information:

    Contents: Returned Goods
    Value: 0 EUR
    Reason for export: Return of goods originally shipped from Germany

  • This information is transmitted electronically by the postal service to the German customs authorities.
Step 2 – Return Declaration (PDF form)
  • Download, print, and complete the Return Declaration PDF and place it inside the parcel.
  • It must clearly state:

    “Returned Goods – No commercial value”
    Your order number and invoice number

  • This serves as a backup document for customs in case your package is randomly checked. Most packages are processed without opening.
Step 3 – Sending the Return
  • Use a reliable shipping service with tracking.
  • Keep your receipt and tracking number until your return has been delivered and processed.


4. Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.


5. Exchanges


At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items


In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.


7. Non-Returnable Items


Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • All sale items/reduced prices
  • Personalized, custom-made or made-to-order items


8. Changes to This Policy
